Justice and Freedom Fund, as amicus curiae, respectfully submits that the decision of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals should be reversed.

Justice and Freedom Fund is a California nonprofit, tax-exempt corporation formed on September 24, 1998 to preserve and defend the constitutional liberties guaranteed to American citizens, through education and other means. JFF’s founder is James L. Hirsen, professor of law at Trinity Law School (15 years) and Biola University (7 years) in Southern California and author of New York Times bestseller, Tales from the Left Coast, and Hollywood Nation. Mr. Hirsen has taught law school courses on constitutional law. Co-counsel Deborah J. Dewart is the author of Death of a Christian Nation, released in 2010.
