QUESTIONS PRESENTED


1. Whether the Ohio Supreme Court, in affirming the stay and ultimate dismissal of the pending adoption of Grayson by the Petitioners, violated the substantive and procedural due process rights of Petitioners by failing to: (1) consider Petitioners’ fundamental right and liberty interest in the integrity of their family unit, and (2) provide Petitioners with notice and a hearing?

2. Whether the Ohio Supreme Court, in affirming the stay and ultimate dismissal of the pending adoption of Grayson by the Petitioners, violated the substantive and procedural due process rights of minor child Grayson by failing to: (1) consider his fundamental right and liberty interest in the integrity of his family unit, and (2) provide Grayson with notice and a hearing?

3. Whether the Ohio Supreme Court misapplied U.S. Supreme Court precedent to bestow constitutional rights upon a putative father who has no such rights under either the United States Constitution or Ohio state law?
