 Whether petitioner’s right to a fair trial by impartial jurors was impaired by the district court’s refusal to give a jointly requested instruction that specifically prohibited the jurors from using the Internet for any purposes regarding the case, where the district court did not give the parties an opportunity to object, and where the district court knew that case-related information was accessible to the jurors on the Internet, including the prior district court’s decision dismissing petitioner’s case and the Sixth Circuit’s decision affirming the dismissal of claims, save, the failure to promote claim?

Whether petitioner was denied due process by the district court’s refusal to conduct an evidentiary hearing to (1) determine whether the integrity of the verdict was tainted by a juror who obtained caserelated information on the Internet and (2) allow petitioner an opportunity to demonstrate that he was denied a fair trial by impartial jury?
