QUESTION PRESENTED FOR REVIEW
Whether the Fifth Circuit of the United States impermissibly substituted its Judgment for that of the jury by making fact determinations diametrically opposed to the United States Fifth Circuit and Supreme Court standard to “draw all reasonable
inferences and resolve all credibility determinations in the light most favorable to the non-moving party” and in doing so, ignored a record of evidence that literally screamed out in favor of the jury’s verdict.
