"On behalf of our firm I wanted you to know how pleased we were with our experience on our most recent United States Supreme Court filing.  The product was outstanding ... The service we received was truly exceptional.  You did everything you had to do under extreme time pressure while keeping me abreast of the production process and following up with the Clerk's office to assure us that we were timely filed ... When I began practice in New York in the mid-1970's, I learned to depend on the printer ... Our experience with you was a welcome reminder of those times, and we look forward to working with you again."
