ABOUT US

For more than 25 years Becker Gallagher has provided high quality law briefs for attorneys appealing to the federal courts of appeal and the Supreme Court of the United States.   Bianca Becker, president & CEO, is from a legal and banking family and has served on the Board of Directors of a local bank during her tenure at Becker Gallagher.   As president, Bianca negotiated with the 6th Circuit to craft the policies and procedures that now govern all legal service companies doing business with the court.

Becker Gallagher has maintained a great working relationship with both the United States Supreme Court and the federal circuit courts nationwide.   While pioneering brief hyperlinks and CD-ROM technology, the Supreme Court of the United States invited us to meet with Mr. William K. Suter, Clerk of the Court, to discuss electronic submission and filings. The 6th Circuit also expressed interest in this technology.  Today, in addition to the Supreme Court of the United States, we print and file briefs in all circuit courts, and most state supreme courts.

Our staff of highly trained legal professionals include graduates of the local law schools with practical experience in computer aided research.   Their experience in legal document research and retrieval, hyperlink briefs, as well as computer software macros developed for document conversion have greatly aided our customers and made Becker Gallagher a leading technology provider and printer of high quality law briefs.

In sum, we are not limited to one court or one technology, but have the depth and diversity to work with you on projects for any federal court – from the trial court to the United States Supreme Court.

Our Team

The Becker Gallagher team includes a full complement of legal experts and ancillary support staff. We have an experienced group of legal professionals who review all briefs for technical compliance and form, process revisions, generate copies and execute filing. We ensure complete accuracy on every project. In conjunction with 6th Circuit personnel, John Gallagher has served as a presenter at continuing legal education seminars regarding federal appellate and U.S. Supreme Court rules.
